i update my phone 2 weeks ago
after update phone got purple line and i go to local repair store they said we can’t repair because phone needs original parts we don’t have original parts so i go to store where i purchesed the phone i told them my problem they said many consumers facing same problem and they admit that its happend because of update so they told me go to one plus authoraised store they will repair i just ask the shopkeeper how much they will charge and when he said the price i was shocked he said it will cost around 11k to 15k i cant afford 15k so i am using phone with green line its very shamefull act from oneplus complaint court help me out please
