Few months ago i got an update from OnePlus, i did the update and when my device (OnePlus 8T) restarted i noticed some green and pink line on my screen. Firstly i think this is some software bug so i cantact OnePlus customer care, they taught me to do some task. After that they taught me that this is not software issue this is hardware issue so i researched on google about this, i found that not only me this issue is almost in every OnePlus 8T series and OnePlus 9R so i complaint it on OnePlus customer care and they respond me that go to the nearest service centre. When i go there i waited for almost 2-3 hours and after that they call me and point some minor dent on my device. Can you even imagine that you are using an expensive phone for literally 2-3 years and there will be no scratches or dent, it has to be in A1 condition, does it ??
So i visit there again and the response is same after waiting for literally 3 hours. When i call customer care they respond me that “Your device has even some minor dent or scratches it is not going to be changed free of cost, your device has to be in new condition there will be no dent or scratches even after using it for almost 3 years ” after that i tried in email also buf same responsed “Negative”.
I am literally too much dissatisfied with OnePlus and this all is OnePlus fault not there customer and they want us to be pay for there fault.
I hope this issue will be solved.
