I had bought Nord C mobile from your company on 4th May, after buying it suddenly a colorful spot came in the month of July itself, after that I took the mobile to Dhanbad service center and went to it after that it was sent to you for approval by them. Approval was given by you, then when my phone was kept for 1 month due to no display, when the display came, I was called by phone and then I was not repaired by saying physical damage to me and I falsely got it cancelled whose reference number is 215545645554 and I filed complaint with costumer care continuously but still no solution again i filed complaint today 10-10-2022 to your costumer care executive and his After that I have been given the complaint number for the first time which is 221010-002213 and the name of the representative was Urtej whom I spoke to. Please solve my problem immediately.
