Oneplus phone has defects due to software update causing display issue. Oneplus offered to change display but can take 1 or 2 months.
Oneplus encouraged us to use buyback option and get a new phone.
I have to spend 21000 INR to buy a new phone but Oneplus is not ready to deliver the phone to me. After 5 days of ordering, there is no update on delivery date
