I filled for a return request for the product, the replacement was supposed to happen , however i didn’t get any replacement then i again called and asked for return request the cx care by fault mDE THE return request of replacement product which i didn’t even received.
The cx care should have cancelled the return request and then made new return request as i didn’teven receieved any product.
this is worse company i have ever seen
