This is to inform you that order id OD328297820617457100 oneplus buds Z2.
I received the delivery on 08/06/23,I was in the office and the product was collected by my mother,and the product was damaged,as my mother is uneducated and she does not know how to check things.
point no 1- In flipkart app the order is showing not yet shipped
point no 2- In my app its showing the order was cancelled
I contacted customer support and stated my concern to help me out of this,the words from customer support stating that the item is not shipped and i informed them clearly that my product is delivered.
Note- ITEM WAS OPENED AND VERIFIED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY(The thing is that the item was not opened and paid money from scanner i received OTP and shared with delivery agent.
I trust flipkart and i hope flipkart will help me.
