My oneplus buds pro is draining after their last update! ( version 541.541.110 )
Before this update my device was running smooth & fine!
But before that My device is not damaged physically or any liquid damage!
So I had mailed them about this issue , but they are not responding me properly! There are lots of users crying in their community page about this same issue! And hoping for bugfix update!
I am facing the same issue with my one plus buds as well and the company isn’t ready to do anything about it .I just ended up wasting 12000₹ for the buds and now after 1 year they’re dead. All my money went to garbage. Idk if One plus is tricking it’s customers into this or what but they could have fixed this simply by downgrading the update but they’re refusing to do so at all.
Oneplus buds Z same issue..Right side bud drians very fast.; just 1 year and all garbage..
It just drains down to 10% and stops working within 10 min use while the left side is still at 90%.
Many of them with same complaint on community page.. ain’t fixed yet..!
i am facing this same issue i had called in customer care also today but as it has been 1.5 years of using buds it cannot be replaced and there is no option to repair it as well.. it was so expensive i regret buying it now never gonna recommend anyone to buy oneplus again.. wastage of money
