I purchased OnePlus buds Pro approx 2 years ago. After the last update the battery of the buds will only long last for 20-30 min and battery of right buds drain quickly than the left buds. I had seen multiple users facing the same problem and in the forum they suggested to visit OnePlus service centre to get refund for the buds or replacement for it. So, I visited it but the team there refused to deal with the buds because of the warranty.

Mine got the battery issue in 6 months and they replaced it 6 months ago and yet I have the issue and there’s that they would do
