This is a complaint regarding my
OnePlus 9R phone which went bad after upgrading it to version. It was all working well until upgrade. But, after upgrading I got a green,pink vertical lines on my screen.
I believe this is a firmware issue and should be fixed soon with an alternative version or providing a screen service at the nearest center.
I am highly disappointed with OnePlus Product and service, where I had to face issues like these and there is no resolution provided from the service center for the same as the phone is light scratches bought 1.6 years back.
It is ridiculous for a user like me where the fault is with the firmware and user had to pay the cost.
I hope you understand my concern and work for the resolution asap.
