I am using oneplus brand for all almost 5 to 6 years. Recently i am using oneplus 8t, last week that 28th july 2023 suddenly pinkline appeared in mobile screen immediately I took my mobile phone to nearest oneplus Store at Prozone mall.
Customer support at Prozone mall, coimbatore was so pathetic irresponsible reply to 6 years customer.
They informed me to wait for next 2 months to change the display. They asked to exchange my mobile for just rupees 5000.
Because of their poor updates
Lot of oneplus customers are facing this pink line and green line issue.
I feel very bad for trusting oneplus for years.
