This is a complaint regarding my phone which went bad after upgrading it to version 13. It was all working well until upgrade. But, after upgrading I got a green line on my screen.
I believe this is a firmware issue and should be fixed soon with an alternative version or providing a screen service at the nearest center.
I am highly disappointed with OnePlus Product and service, where I had to face issues like these and there is no resolution provided from the service center for the same as the phone is bought 2 years back.
It is ridiculous for a user like me where the fault is with the firmware and user had to pay the cost.
I hope you understand my concern and work for the resolution asap.
