After I received the update of Android 13 first my phone got one green line in display then within one week security update came after which it became two green and with two days phone suddenly reboot and not getting start I spoke to customer care and booked for pickup drop service for free replacement and repair of display as many OP 8t got the same issue so agreed for free replacement as it was manufacturing defect on this model then today after 13 days I got respond that motherboard is faulty and it will cost 28000 for replacement and it not covered for free I was stocked I request them to try to repair rather replacing they didn’t agree then I told atleast replace the display and send I’ll repair outside that also they denied, So i understood the they are scamming people by selling defective product for 46000 and later for display 14k and motherboard 28k total 42000 they are assuming that people will pay for repair. It’s like conning people. My phone is as good as new not having a single scratch or dent as It was hard earned money from which I bought but still 46000 got wasted neither I can resale this phone neither repair. No one should trust this brand #boycot_oneplusindia. I need justice for this kindly do the need full.
