I have purchased one plus5 from amazon on 24.02.2020 with invoice amount of 25949/-
later in the month of June 13 2020 I met an accident and the phone screen got damaged. I am recovered from injuries after three months and visited One Plus authorized service center in Manjeera Mall KPHB to get it repaired. They did diagnose the issue and communicated that the phone has un official screen and internally one steel pate is missed. they have even given a written statement with stamp and signature. now i reached out to amazon, they are denying to replace the phone or parts with original product.
