I had applied for One Card and requested for the physical Card and for that One Card employee visited by residence and collected the KYC documents on 24-05-2023 and after that till today the status is KYC Processing. When I called their customer care they were never available and so I mailed the issue on 03-06-2023 to which I received the reply on 05-06-2023 asking to reschedule the appointment for picking the KYC docs. I replied again the same day and informed them that KYC was already submitted and the status showing on the app is still KYC Processing to which on 07-06-2023 they replied that they called me on my No. many times but were unable to reach me out and informed me on mail that due to some minor issues KYC was not picked so I need to reschedule the appointment for same. On 08-06-2023 I again replied the same thing that the KYC was already picked on 24-05-23 and same status can be seen on the app and attached the screenshot of same. I also asked them the details of the Ombudsman person in same mail and today after 4 days had passed but I had not received reply of my mail nor any call.
It seems ONE CARD is doing some kind of fraud by collecting the KYC documents but not providing any services nor any reply to the issues sent on mail.
