#onecard I went through the KYC onboarding process today, it’s so bad that you won’t be able to complete the KYC itself even after providing all the required information. they are asking for PAN Card updating with recent photo, if felt it’s a pathetic and painful process to get a onecard. In addition, As a KYC process they are getting signatures on a A4 white sheet (blank paper). However, I was unable to understand why FD(fixed deposit) is initiated before completing the KYC??? I had sent email help@getonecard.app and hopefully atleast the refund process should be faster!!!

Kindly be assured, that if the video KYC is not completed, a full refund of your FD amount will be initiated from our end. Once the refund is initiated, the FD amount will be reflected in your source account within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays).
