I subscribed to OneAirtel plan by December end. Till date my bills are not getting generated as per the plan, and I ended up paying high amount every month to avail the service, which is not in line with what was promised as part of airtel plan. The technical team is cluelesss amount OneAirtel plan and they lack technical know-how on how the system works.
