Text of Complaint by Himanshu Patel:

I am using AirTel Prepared connection a long time, maybe 10+ more years. Yesterday i check in AirTel Thanks my phone application show me two days are left for recharge. I did one year [365 days] plan yesterday.

After recharge successful application shows me 364 days left yesterday and today it’s shows me 363 days. “By doing this AirTel deducted a total of three days from my Recharge” 

As per me, my last recharge is finished today and the new 365 days subscription will start from tomorrow.
