USC No.102219594.For this Meter reading is taken on 12.08/2020 instead of 07/08/2020 thereby Bill amount increased due to change of slab rate.The reason told is Software did not work on 07/08/2020.Who is responsible for the failure of Software.Is it a plan of getting more money ?I want the rate should be as per slab below 200 Units
