Dear sir,
We are from nipani city ,belgaum dist,karnataka state ,
We have already complained to our area electricity dept. about our house electric meter not functioning properly ,we have already given them complain letter about meter changing by writing,but they have not responded us anything about that on that time .
After 10 month we have getting one time bill about 15000+ .so we are poor people sir ,so we have already asked them about that bill amount ,but they told we have not received any complaint about that .its totally shemefull to say sir.
We have requesting that pls helo for this bill sir..we are unable to pay that much of amount sir.
We are awaiting for your Positive response .
