Subject:Complaint Against boAt for Defective Earphones and Inadequate Service

I am writing to file a formal complaint against boAt (Imagine Marketing Pvt. Ltd.) regarding a defective product and unsatisfactory after-sales service.

*Product Details:*

– *Product Name:* boAt Airdopes 311 Pro (Dusk Blue)
– *Purchase Date:* 27th January 2025
– *Warranty Period:* 1 year
– *Issue:* One earbud ceased functioning two weeks ago.

*Service History:*

– I returned the product for inspection; boAt claimed both earbuds were functioning.
– Within two days of receiving the product back, the same issue recurred.
– The product was picked up again on 9th May 2025.
– Today, I received a message stating the product is functioning fine, despite ongoing issues.

This cycle of returning the product without a permanent solution has caused significant inconvenience. I believe this reflects a deficiency in service and a violation of consumer rights.
