On 2nd Aug I got my Amazon order deliver of 2 product in single package of worth around 18k. But one product of worth 13k was missing though the invoice was on the package. I raised my concern immediately on same day and did follow-up multiple time, but customer service persons were telling me that, they can not do anything on this neither refund nor delivery of product. So whose fault is this? I did not get product and lost 13k money. Is it appropriate to do with users? completely disappointed.
