Text of Complaint by Rahul:

This is the second time in 10 months that there is an issue with this product’s display. I have been only asked to wait and they refuse to provide me with any solution. I had placed a complaint on 5th October 2022 and an technician visited my house on 9th October 2022. After that there’s no update from them I have been only asked to wait for the update. There is no update at from them at all.
I have bought a product from one plus under 12 months warranty, out of which I haven’t used it for for more than two months due to their fault in display. I am making this complaint here in order to return the faulty product and initiate the refund.
