One Plus 8T motherboard failed post updates get installed.
Recently my One plus 8T phone got upgraded and installed with some patches released by One plus and post the update, it stopped working suddenly and I took the phone to Service center and post checking for two days they informed that the motherboard gone faulty and are asking me to pay 26000 for replacement of board since the warranty got expired.
My concern was
Why I need to pay for a new mother when the issue lies with updates released by One plus 8T?
I contacted customer service and they have not even helped me and simply asked me to contact service center and pay the amount.
