I was purchased one plus 9 on 2022 January month but recently in month of july 2023 during using mobile suddenly swithch off with showing messages on screen as crash dump mode so i can visit next day near authorise services center but they told me we cant do major mother board work so contact to other service center.if i spedn more then 44000 amount then suddenly with technical issur from company side why i become suffer loss of such a huge amount along with some important data.today i just file complinet online for picup for service but not sure they will be fix this issue or not.i need complete solution or mobile replacement to ensure company be taken care in fure regarding technical issue.
