My phone was working well till 18-05-2023 afternoon.Suddenly a line appeared on my display without my knowledge.There is no damage on my phone and is in perfect condition.I went to nearest One plus service centre in Kannur wherein the staff has informed me that you will be charged for replacing the display.I was literally shocked to get that reply as I haven’t done any mistake on my part and only wrong thing I did was firmware upgrade a week ago.
