Using One plus 8 device, from 24 months after update it occurs green green line on display, I was gone for resolve this problem however service centre (located in Seawood Mall Navi Mumbai) denied to resolve this problem they said few scratches occurs in my phone and also litmus paper turns red.
My phone display occurs green after only software update not due any damages, so company’s service centre how to denied to fix the issue giving unrealisable terms and condition rules and regulations if they are already know it’s only software issue ?
