I placed an order for a combo pack of 2 Nighties on Flipkart ecommerce website. I received only one and the one I received was completely different from what I ordered.
Then, I placed a return for the order. The delivery boy refused to take the package as the item was missing. I tried to make him understand that that’s why I placed the return for the package but he didn’t take it.
Then, I talked to the Flipkart Executives and they assured me that the delivery boy will take the order now and placed the return for the order again.
But still, the delivery boy refused to take the package.
This clearly shows that there’s a miscommunication between Flipkart and Ekart Logistics.
