On 8 Oct 2022 Sunday, my Father who is Senior Citizen,tried for booking HSRP online while booking he received a call from HSRP booking staff named Kalyani Mishra, who at first told her name as Kritika and her truecaller name was Komal Gehlot,she convinced my father for availing Number plate and took money through PayTm when she gave Invoice or booking paper pdf my father saw major blunder she entered her own MOBILE number and mentioned wrong fitment address.when my father called her she ignored by not receiving the call when he texted she replied after an hour that she will rectify.My Father relaxed by this but she didn’t do that and she refunded amount by saying we can’t rectify and she leaved it their itself.As my Father was Senior Citizen he was in panic then I interfered and asked that lady she was not even interested in answering and solving the problem she said I will refund your amount and she assured of cancelling she even refunded and said that she had cancelled I was also out of panic but suddenly I received a call from the showroom where she posted my HSRP that person called and said to take number plate soon.I was shocked and asked that staff since then she is not responding.I am worried of my number plate.I can’t go and collect from wrong fitment address where she posted.I want to complain against that staff .She practiced wrong and fooled also.I request to take strict action against her.

And I am not able to apply new because of this.
