Recently in June 2023 I ordered 4 cameras for my house, and end of july 2023 one of the camera was not working, i raised ticket immediately and customer care team asked me to reset the button, but i was not able to due to the screws of the reset cap was not getting opened, i called again Customer care and asked for technician visit, ticket got created but it got closed saying resolved but no one visited, i again raised complaint again the same response, like this everytime the ticket is getting created but no one is visting to fix the camera, at last i tried to open it myself and the screws were very tight and i had to open the reset area by breaking the cap, but again after resetting also it was not working, i called customer care and asked them to send immediately as the piece is getting damaged but no response, so far by this time 9/17 no one responded even after calling mulitple times.
