I have taken emergency loan from this online portal available in play store( ONE loans) warm rupee is the service provide who provided the loan
The amount of loan is 3500 and the disburse amount was 2250 for 7 days duration- i applied this on 15 jan and the due date is on 23rd jan
from the day 1 am trying to repay the amount in their application and the system support only UPI payment and particularly phone pay aloan, i tried to repay the amount 3500,however in the payment screen it is showing – payment above 2000 are not allowed as per UPI guidelines, and now there is no alternate method to pay this loan also, i tried to contact the ONE loan customer service team @ oneloanshelpcs@gmail.com from 16th Jan, but nobody responding to my email , i have also raise a clarification in their application from 16th Jan and no one responding to that query also
now what will happen during the last date of my loan – i will be getting threating calls from their team for the repayment of the loan
these kind of application to be banned and i advised the RBI to take the necessary action on this
