I got a call on 10th of may for One Freedom Card, she said that kindly pay 1500 rs which is subscription amount then you can avail the one freedom card’s benefits and on your first transaction, subscription amount will be reimbursed.
so I did first transaction of 149 rs then they took other charge of 150 rs so I had to pay first Emi of 100 rs next day and I did the first emi payment but still my card is not active neither subscription amount is not reimbursed.
Now question is that I have called many times on Dhani Customer Care number which is 01246165722, firstfly who will call on it so that person will waste 2 house then they will say kindly mail then we ll respond you.
So when I sent mail so they told we are not able to connect kindly call on this number which I wrote above.
so basically we have been wasting our time.
In customer care someone says you will get you subscription amount and someone says you will not get it.
on mail, they told, kindly sent us relivent documents, I sent but still I did not get any solution.
sir I beg you kindly take a action.
in my Opinion, they bothered me a lot of, according to this if you ll abuse them so it will be a less punishment.
sir I have wasted almost 20 hours in last 12 days but did not get any solution, if you don’t believe so you can find my data through Dhani.
No pending amount for due but still card is inactive.
