My total due of onecard bill of March is 350120 rs .and I paid 350000 before due date.. remain 120 rs I forgot to pay because my phone was damaged. Which I pay within 7 day of due. After that they charged total 21354 rs intrest on me for 120 rs due of 7 days. I did complains on their customer care but they told me that intrest is applied on howl amount 350120. Which is totally unacceptable.
