I have opted to close my one card account and as per the process I have raised a request on 31st March 2024, following which I have received a confirmation regarding the closure which stated that the request will be processed with in 12-14 working days that includes the return of the fixed deposit amount as well. Till today, neither I have received the fixed deposit amount nor any tentative date as of when the amount will be initiated. The recent mail that I have received from one card was regarding alternative account to initiate the refund but even that has no update.
