As per provided details first i am going to file a legal case against mental harassment against the ONE CARD TEAM. First that hopeless team takes months to sort my concern and then when i wanted to get a resolution after sending them thousands of emails still there are two concerns which remains unsolved (1) my make my trip emi’s are still being charged as EMI’s with interest (2) all that interest and late payment charges should be taken rid of at all if you’re expecting a full and final settelment. Things don’t end here MOST IMPORTANT THING is you need to stop reaching out “unoffical” ways to recover this ok. If i will file a case then imagine how much you as a company and federal bank will loose a million rupee not less. So don’t underestimate me as a customer who’s going to come under that foolish person who reached out to me that too on Whatsapp ok. when i will initiate a case against you or even ask RBI ombudsman to intervene and start filing a law suit against your bank and ONE CARD then you will come to know what called a “recovery” till then if you want to settle this out this one’s last way i am opting to get this resolved. if at all you’re bothered to solve two points which i had mentioned here ok. Once sorted payment will be made the very next moment till then AS A OFFICAL THREAT JUST ASK YOUR ANY CRAP PERSON TO EVEN THINK MILLION TIMES BEFORE MESSAGING or CALLING ME – Last warning.
