Dear Sir
My Tata Sky ID is 1110705181 which recharge due date 11.09.2021
I have call your customer care on 09.09.2021 before recharge the amount and your representative is provided the amount rs. 410*12=4920/- I have recharge the same amount.
I have also call the customer care She/he advised that the same amount rs.4920/- will effect in one day period or in installment. We have received the amount in single rs.4920/-
After calling recharge the amount I have asked to extension the validity for 12+1 (bonus) and she/he asked to me that after validity expired on 11.09.2021 it will automatically effect in your account with one month bonus period.
On calling of today your presentative saying that you have make payment in two installment. it means your presentative not proper rule above.
One saying amount rs. 4920/- your will get one month bonus
one saying not received,
one asking me your account not deactivate
I can not understanding that what exactly rule of tata sky since my advocate professional I want the exactly policy of tata sky.
from 11.09.2021 to 22.10.2022 where 12 month 11 = here one month bonus received.
