Below email was sent to Airtel:
Hi team,
This is my worst experience with airtel in the last 20 years.
Due to corona outbreak me and my family are at my native Bhubaneswar. To make my family feel good I got airtel extreme. Under the plan got 4 numbers and a data  for My Airtel WiFi. The plan I took was 1389 , adding taxes it goes beyond 1600. I opted for it to streamline the payment as it was one Bill and one date for payment.
My experience with the network was pathetic and since it is WFH did not take any chance and opted for Jio fibre as my main source and Airtel WiFi as back up after things did not move positively with My Airtel WiFi. Last to last month I made a payment via Paytm. Who on earth would know that if you make the payment using Third Party App it would only goto DTH part of One Bill. When I called. The first time last month they said adjustment is not possible. Second time they said  only 800 possible . Every time they lied and said refund is done. When I called them yesterday, they said on 3rd May 2021 refund of the entire amount has been done. I scanned though my bank statement for the last 3 months and could not find.
I called up the local Airtel store who clarified no refund initiated.Who is lying,whom are you lying? Indeed very bad experience. I have made up my mind after all this to choose a new service provider. I have one request just hear how your relationship manager was confidently telling me lie.
Now we have the old dth that is there since a long time, I waned to add this under the one bill (extreme account)  I tried 4 times , neither could they add nor did they change the plan yet everytime they confirmed that is done.
What a shame is is for No 2 Telecom service provider of the country to have these employees. They would definitely change the game for Airtel soon.
If there is an honest employee who values work over rest of the things, please fix these issues and  call me within the next 7 days.
