we had insurance under one assist of our I phone with premium of rs 3000. On 31 jan 19 my phone had liquid damage . We raised a claim and sent the mobile to the insurance company on 5 feb 19 . The company denied to repair it and kept on changing expected cost of repair.finally delivered us fully damaged phone back.previously the screen was visible . They damaged each part of the phone and gave us back. It’s not even switching on or getting charged.moreover they charged from us rs 1200 as processing charge of the claim. They cheated with us badly. Please sort out my problem soon
