Text of Complaint by Arun Babu Nalamara:

Problem:
We have taken One Airtel plan for our two mobile numbers three months back. But we received bills differently for One Airtel and for second mobile. To resolve the issue we tried calling Airtel customer care from past two months. And we have asked to waive off the bill on other mobile number and remove the plan on customer care. We have called around 20 times in past 2.5 months but every time we get same response of ‘Issue will be resolved in 72 hours’. Past 2.5 months the bill has piled up.

How I’m affected:
1. The issue was not resolved from past 2.5 months.
2. The bill kept on raising since then
3. The mental torture as this problem is not solved

What we want:
Waive off the individual bill on other mobile as it is part of One Airtel plan.
Second waive off past 2.5 months broadband plan(which is part of One Airtel, as we stopped using it) except for mobile bills.
Terminate the One Airtel plan and bring back individual plans for mobiles.
