A few days back, I put 3 of my postpaid numbers and my broadband connection under the One Airtel plan and got a DTH connection too. I added the 2 secondary numbers in the plan on Airtel app as advised by customer care.
I was shocked to get overdue messages for the 2 secondary numbers and realized that not only was I being charged under One Airtel, the secondary numbers were being charged separately too! And a one time charge of 800 odd was levied on these two numbers which their customer care was unable to explain and advised me to wait till the end of next billing cycle (on my cost of course) to find this out.
Instead of saving on my bills, I was lured by Airtel into paying almost 3 times more.
