The store is big and have patience, in the month of Jan I walked to airtel store to convert my postpaid to prepaid due to unnecessary charges! I could not due to and they sold me some new plan called One Airtel with DTH and 2 connections and said yoh can use all channels and 2 connection and get bill of 899 and I converted my wife’s number to pospaid (what a mistake)!
By the way there were no 2 connections and only my wife had the number along with DTH!
In the month of Feb I got a bomb bill of 1600! I went to Airtel Store they said please talk to 121 Customer Service! I called 121 they said Sir this is a new plan and we cannot you need to check with store! I never got resolutions at all!!
Finally March Lockdown stated and never got to anyone and I got total bill of 4500! Went crazy! I was never able to get in touch with 121 or Store due to lock down! Finally I sent email and never got any response! Next I posted a comment in FB! Someone got back to me and said you DTH is disconnected, yoh need not pay anything! I was happy and wanted to convert my wife’s post paid to prepaid! The person said iam from DTH department and will arrange a call back from postpaid department! I never received any call back!
Next month in April-May I got a bomb 6800 bill and by the way my wife’s phone was suspended, she never made any calls not got any phone calls! But still got a bill!
June I think it was pretty relaxed and I got shocker that DTH is still active and they will only deactivate after I pay the whole 6800! Now I ask how do I pay for the services that I never used (by the way the DTH I have is for Sale, if anyone interested please let me know so I can atleast composate some money that I lost) they say sorry sir can’t help! I call 121 and none picks my calls!! I had to pay 2700 to activate only my wife’s number so she can get calls!
July Story-i still get bill of 4800! I called 121 they say they are going to call me back as this is escalated! Next again I call back the person cannot find my records and hence I have to explain them again! I’m doing this from end of June till today!
Today’s Story- I called the One Home! A give picks up and she is taking to her boy friend (beat that) I can attach the recordings! Im shouting my breath out and she is talking to her boy friend “trust me I happen to hear and it was a story that should be heard”! I call again and here it goes ? again th same girl and talking to boy friend explain how the trainer is and the training was! Until today I never had a proper response from anyone and finally a man come up called Yogesh so called floor what ever! Tell all the charged are valid sir and you need to pay!
Does anyone think the charges are valid! How can someone cheat a customer like this! Hope no one faced any issues like this but Airtel is screwing customers for money and eating up hard earn money from a middle class people like us! Sad but true! This is the fact!
Just because you have JIO as competitors you cannot eat out money!
Next someone will view this comments and apologies and will tell sir we will resolve the isse and the story begins from the begining!
Not sure what to do! Please help anyone! Hope atleast one reads it and understands my pain
