I ordered two pastries on thru ONDC by Paytm at 8:40pm it said it would be delivered by 22 mins (the restro was only 1.8 Kms away as shown on ONDC site, after waiting for about 2hiurs I started contacting and texting thru paytm customer support but they said it has started shipping now so again I waited till 2:00 am, but then it showed order delivered at 11.15 pm which to my surprise is false and wrong info, I contacted my security gate thousand times thinking it was their fault but no the delivery guy only didn’t enter the society and I then called him but he rudely cut the call saying it was late at night, till next morning I am busy compalining on Paytm and calling the delivery guy this is so disappointing and frustrating
