I have taken a consumer loan on “Quiklo.” In 2017, when I was in college, I cleared the loan, but still, in my CIBIL, it was showing I had not paid the loan. When I tried to contact customer care, there was no response from them too, and later a few months later, I got to know that the company had been permanently closed. Now, my CIBIL score has been affected because of this, and in my CIBIL report, I can see it was showing under the name “WOODTSPL”
