Text of Complaint by Animesh Subham:

I have ordered a laptop on 23 July and the delivery date is 26 th July and I won’t get delivered to me I have not getting a single call from delivery and when I started calling he disconnected the call then I call to customer care after that I get a call from delivery saying that it’s to late it’s 11.28pm I will deliver by tomorrow but he marked false status as attempted when I call customer care then he told we will deliver by tomorrow 27 th July but he didn’t and marked delivery at 28th July again I didn’t get a call when I escalated the Amazon social media team came in I informed them also and specifically mentioned I am not available on 29th July and asked to reschedule it on 31st July but he changed to 31st July and then he automatically changed to 29th July I get a call from delivery hub I informed them also that I am out of town but he false marked status as I have rejected that’s incorrect they waste my 5 to 6 days and then cancelled the order without confirmation
