Dear airtel team
I have been your customer for a long time once I visit your outlet at Tirunelveli palayamkottai branch they suggest me to go for airtel black plan , I have also gone for it.
My xstrem box was not working for a long time and I came to know this on 12/09/2021 have raised a complaint against it.. A service engineer Murugesan (8489940855)have showed up but the issues was not resolved.so I rang him and he promises me to get it done the next day.. But he failed to show up
The next day I have raised a complaint for resolving the issue . Another engineering named BALA(8754795901)
He called me and request for a time change in appointment from morning to evening, the same day on(14/09/2021)I consider it and accepted.
But later I came to know he purposely reschedule to 21/09/2021
By getting an OTP from me..
Again I called customer care many times they told the next day,it continued for 4 days till date
Today (16/09/2021) I personally visited airtel office they told it will be resolved by today or you can contact back me .. But even they didn’t respond back..
Kindly help to resolve or please pay back my money I need to quit Airtel once for all.. with a hard note..
I personally just to take action on Mr.Bala who cheated me in getting OTP
