On 10th Feb 2022 tried to book air tickets through travolook website for Bangalore -Goa and Goa-Bangalore for 3 members but got a mail after my credit card transaction was done for 17,330/- that Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF299943214.
After that i have been waiting for the refund amount that they promised me through there customer care no 0124-643-4800 & also no of emails has been written to them for refund.
However, they are not responding to my requests for refund. Its been a long time and i am afraid that they are trying to cheat me.
Request to support in this regards to get my refund amount of Rs 17,330/- at the earliest.
