Sir,
I have done online shopping from RHILE SHOPPING. I have done the transaction of Rs 1499 & i received mail of successful transaction. Immediately i received another mail of transaction failed from the company.
If transaction was failed the amount of Rs 1499 should be reverted back to my account but till date i didnt received any amount. I have mailed to the company but got no response. it seems to be fraud.
Kindly look into the matter.
