I have online purchased a mobile Tab mark *Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G Phone call Tablet with cordless keyboard * through “https://boxgig@gmail.com” and my order id  is “Bg1653″dated19thAugust, 2020 and made a payment of Rs.2999/- through “PayU MN” on 19th August,2020 and the same was credited in the account of Mr. Divyanshu Jain and the same was also duly acknowledged by him.

Since then there is no communication from them. I have sent two reminders through their website ,”helpboxgig@gmail.com” but till date there is no update and no communication from their side.

Kindly look into the matter and lodge my complaint as it appears that it’s a cyber fraud.
