The Company employee Mr Jayesh Kumar (mobile no 7359482418 ) called me to join the work of data entry job. He called me many time to join it and telling that this is not a fraud. After i said ok. The company offered me a data entry work and asked me to work. When i said yes they asked me for photo of ID signature and self photo for registration. I forwarded to Mr Jayesh Kumar on his mobile no 7359482418 on 12 August 2021 they did not mention about their agreement & condition at that time. After an hour they used my signature & photo and forwarded me that registration is completed on my MAIL ID with user name & password and signed agreement copy. In the mail they had mentioned that you have to work for 6 days from (13 August 2021 ) to (18 August 2021) and told me to complete 510 forms in next 6 days and also offered 40 rs per page by the end of completing the forms. But in Agreement there is written that it is valid for 11 months with my photo & signature.
NOTE :- IN THIS AGREEMENT DATE IS NOT MENTIONED ON WHICH DAY IT HAS BEEN SIGNED
On the day 13 August 2021. I login but due to Electricity problem it was not completed. After some time they called me from another no ( 7359337178 ) that due to multiple login your ID is blocked and you have to pay 4800 rs to unblock and registration amount of 5250 rs if you incomplete work and its unblock amount of 4800 rs amount will be refunded at the time of payment . But i did not agreed. After than they are theretening me to pay. If you will not pay the amount the legal action will be taken.
Now what i have to do . PLEASE SUGGEST ME.
