Dear Sir,
On 25th December 2022 I have booked two tickets from Varafi for Raipur to Kolkata after completion of all steps and money deducted the booking was aborted and replied by mail that your booking is aborted the same was happened twice and the booking ID is VID 8889042434 and VID 4472323652 with amount deducted was INR 17716 and INR 18932 respectively i.e total of INR 36648 .
The amount was not credited to my account till now I have reminded by telephone on 16th Jan 2023 and then after by email on 17th,18th,20th,27th,28th and 30th January 2023 and till date also but every time giving the same reply that they have initiated and soon it will be credited but still there is no progress.
