On July 2022 i enrolled for a Full stack development course on skill lync I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 6800 . and i have paid for 7 months 47,600/-Rs i have already paid along with 5000/- Rs After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync) Since July 2022 till today this many months i was keep on waiting But unfortunately they have not provided any interview’s so i was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course . I tried to request Irfan sir (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but he has not explained me regarding Loan process and now they are denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc … Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments. they have made false promises like 100% job assurance and they have not informed me during joining period regrading Loan process they just asked me to Provided them Aadhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online. And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account. I just had to pay emis. and waiting for there job opportunity.

Dear Sir/Mam

My name is Akhil Y.V I have done BE Computer science engineering in Ballari institute of technology On July 2022 i enrolled for a Full stack development course on skill lync
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 6800 . and i have paid for 7 months 47,600/-Rs i have already paid along with 5000/- Rs After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync)

Since July 2022 till today this many months i was keep on waiting But unfortunately they have not provided any interview’s so i was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course .

I tried to request Irfan sir (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but he has not explained me regarding Loan process and now they are denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …

Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.

And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emis. and waiting for there job opportunity.

So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..

And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..

Now what to do..
Please need a help

P.s – I do not have job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.
